Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1-2 tablets 30 minutes before travelling, or at the onset of nausea. Repeat every 4-6 hours if necessary, to a maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours.

Preventing and relieving travel sickness (motion sickness) symptoms such as nausea during car, boat, plane or train travel.
