AEROCLEANSE 70% Alcohol Hand Sanitiser in a 1 litre pump bottle is the bulk size of the range — the one that sits at a reception desk, clinic entry, canteen door or site sign-in point and gets used all day. A 1L bottle delivers roughly 300 doses, so it lasts far longer per dollar than issuing individual bottles. It is also the bottle that fits the AEROCLEANSE Sanitiser Station. Part of the hand sanitiser range.

AEROCLEANSE 1L Hand Sanitiser FAQs

How many uses are in a 1 litre bottle?

A standard hand hygiene dose is around 3mL, so a 1 litre bottle gives roughly 300 applications. At a busy reception desk that is typically one to two weeks; at a small office it can be a month or more.

Can this bottle be used in a sanitiser station?

Yes. The 1L bottle is the size the AEROCLEANSE Sanitiser Station is built around — the foot-operated station gives no-touch dispensing without batteries or wiring.

Is bulk sanitiser cheaper than individual bottles?

Per dose, considerably. The trade-off is that a 1L pump bottle is a fixed station, not something staff carry. Most workplaces run both: bulk at entry points, 60mL bottles issued to people who move around.

How should a large bottle be stored?

Below 25°C, away from heat and ignition sources, and out of direct sunlight. Alcohol-based sanitiser is a flammable liquid, so bulk quantities should be kept away from hot plant and stored in line with your site chemical rules.
