QV Face Gentle Foaming Cleanser is built to avoid that trade: it is soap-free, so it does not strip the barrier the way an alkaline soap does, while the safflower seed oil and vitamin E hydrate during the wash rather than leaving skin tight afterwards.

Does it remove makeup?
Yes - it effectively removes makeup along with everyday impurities. For sensitive skin that is a real advantage, because it avoids needing a separate makeup remover and the extra rubbing that goes with it.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Why soap-free?
Soap is alkaline and strips the skin barrier, which leaves facial skin tight, dry and more reactive. A soap-free foam cleans without that penalty, which is why it can be used twice daily on sensitive skin.
How should I use it?
Morning and night. Wet your face with water, dispense the foam onto your hands, massage gently into face and neck, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Avoid the eyes - if lather gets in, flush with water.
Will it dry my skin out?
It is formulated to hydrate while cleansing, using safflower seed oil and vitamin E, so skin should feel soft rather than tight afterwards. Follow with a moisturiser while skin is still slightly damp for the best result.
Is it vegan?
Yes - it contains no animal derived ingredients, and it is also free from fragrance, colour, lanolin and propylene glycol.
