Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

Yes and this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

  • - Keeping track of your order's delivery status
  • - Changing or cancelling the order
  • - Using your previous purchase history to re-order and/or become eligible for a Loyal Customer's discount
Which shipping providers do you use?

We use a global network of shipping partners including UPS, FedEx, DHL, & TNT as well as local postal services such as Australia Post, Royal Mail, USPS, to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.

How long it will take to receive my order?

Every first aid & medical catalogue item at MediBC ships same day, except where back-orders are indicated. Shipping is on business days, Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Shipping times are indicated at check-out. Actual shipping time will depend on the shipping method selected.  Sometimes shipments might be delayed by stock becoming out of stock due to conditions outside our control, from global epidemics to rationing and even government requisition of goods and products.

Do you accept world-wide orders?

Yes, we accept orders worldwide and express shipping methods ensures you can receive your order within days!

Do you accept Back Orders?

We will sometimes allow you to backorder an item that is out of stock. However, these items will be clearly marked with a Backorder button. Click the Backorder button in the item description and checkout as you normally would. A sales order number will be issued at the Order Confirmation screen just as if you were placing a conventional order.

For high demand products, back-ordering allows you to be added to a queue and receive a priority position over new orders that other customers might subsequently place. Back-Order delivery dates, where indicated, are estimates and are not guaranteed to arrive on that date. Your product(s) will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No additional shipping fees will be charged.  
If an estimated delivery date is not indicated on the product page then we cannot guarantee an exact date when it will ship.  If you decide to cancel your back-order or other order, refunds will be subject to a 5% cancellation charge on the total value of the order - this is levied on the total value of the order by PayPal and includes PayPal commission, restocking and shipping fees, and unfortunately, we must pass this on to the purchaser.
