Place the cup on a flat, level surface and read the liquid at eye level to the correct graduation — viewing from above or below misreads the dose. Use the smallest graduation that covers the dose for best accuracy, and never guess with a kitchen spoon, which is not an accurate measure. Discard after single use to avoid cross-contamination.
