AEROGLOVE Large Black Nitrile Powder-Free Gloves Pair/2
AEROGLOVE Black Nitrile Examination Gloves are a heavier-duty glove built for puncture and tear resistance, supplied as a single sealed pair in large. The black colour and extended cuff are the practical differences from the standard blue glove — the longer cuff covers more of the wrist, and black hides staining, which is why this style is common in trades, tattooing, mechanical and cleaning work as well as first aid. Part of the Aero glove range.

Black Nitrile Glove FAQs
What is the point of a black glove?
Two things: it does not show staining the way a light glove does, and the colour reads as heavier-duty in trade settings. Bear in mind the trade-off — a split is easier to spot on a blue glove than a black one.
What does an extended cuff do?
It covers more of the wrist and forearm, so there is less exposed skin at the gap between glove and sleeve. It also makes the glove harder to pull off accidentally.
Is this glove stronger than the blue one?
It is specified for superior puncture and tear resistance, which is the reason to choose it for rougher work. For routine first aid and examination the standard blue nitrile is perfectly adequate and cheaper per pair.
Are these sterile?
No. These are non-sterile examination gloves. They protect the wearer and reduce cross-contamination, but they are not intended for sterile procedures.
