No. A rescue face shield is a barrier device a responder carries to give breaths to a real casualty. This is a manikin hygiene barrier for classroom use. If you want the rescue product, look at the keyring CPR face shields instead.
Are they single use?
Yes — one per student. That is the entire point: a fresh barrier each time is what makes shared manikin use hygienic without stopping to disinfect between every learner.
How many students does a roll cover?
Thirty-six, so roughly a full day of teaching for most class sizes. Order against your throughput rather than per course, since a roll is consumed by student count and not by session count.
Do I still need to clean the manikin?
Yes. Shields reduce contact but do not replace cleaning — wipe the manikin down between sessions and replace face skins and airway parts on schedule. Shields and wipes do different jobs.
Do they fit any manikin?
They are designed as a general manikin hygiene barrier. Check fit against your specific manikin face, particularly for infant models where the face is much smaller than an adult one.
