Store Medi-Ice in the freezer or refrigerator. Wrap your cold Medi-Ice in a light towel or cloth and apply to the injured area, moulding the pack to ensure maximum skin contact. Cold therapy can be applied and removed in 20-minute rotations for up to 48-72 hrs if merited.
The packs are easy to use and are used by health professionals, sports professionals and in first aid kits at work and home around Australia and overseas.
