The AEROMASK Level 2 Surgical Mask in a box of 50 is the volume pack of the same premium 3-ply mask — Level 2 barrier rating, 98% bacterial filtration efficiency, ARTG No. 339645. Level 2 is the general clinical standard: more fluid resistance than a basic Level 1 mask, without the bulk of a Level 3. Elastic earloops and a nose clip let it seal to the face. Level 2 Surgical Mask FAQs

Box of 10 or box of 50?

Purely quantity — the mask is identical. A box of 10 lives in a first aid kit; a box of 50 belongs wherever masks are used daily and the smaller box would be empty within a week.

What does Level 2 mean?

Surgical masks are rated 1 to 3 on fluid resistance and filtration. Level 1 suits low-risk situations, Level 2 is the general clinical standard, Level 3 is for high-splash procedures.

Is this the same as a P2 or N95?

No. A surgical mask is a fluid barrier against droplets and splashes; a P2/N95 respirator seals to the face and filters fine airborne particles. They are not interchangeable.

How should it be worn and changed?

Coloured side out, pleats down, nose clip pinched, bottom edge under the chin. Handle by the earloops, avoid touching the front, and replace it once damp or soiled.
