Which shipping providers do you use?

We use a global network of shipping partners including UPS, FedEx, DHL, & TNT as well as local postal services such as Australia Post, Royal Mail, USPS, to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.

How long it will take to receive my order?

Every first aid & medical catalogue item at MediBC ships same day, except where back-orders are indicated. Shipping is on business days, Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Shipping times are indicated at check-out. Actual shipping time will depend on shipping method selected.

Do you offer any kind of discounts?
