Shipping Options & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. We offer various options to suit your needs:

Domestic (Australia): Free shipping is occasionally available and is only applicable within Australia when advertised. Delivery typically takes up to 3 business days from the date your order is placed and paid for.
International: We ship internationally via Australia Post, FedEx, or DHL. Typical delivery times are 3-10 business days after payment verification, depending on the selected shipping method and any potential delays reported by the courier.

Please Note: Customs fees, duties, VAT, and other related charges are not included in the shipping costs and are your responsibility. Check with your local customs authority for more information.

Order Processing Times

Catalogue Items: Most non-custom items ship the same day if ordered before the cut-off time and stock is available. Orders typically arrive within 3 business days.
Backorders: For items marked as backordered, you will receive a priority position in the queue, and your order will be shipped as soon as stock is available. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change.

Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking information for all trackable services. This will be included in your shipping confirmation email. For some orders shipped via local postal services, tracking may not be available.

International Shipments

All international orders are dispatched the next business day after payment verification. Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please be aware of potential customs duties and import fees, which are your responsibility and may vary by country.

Delivery Details

We ship Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Orders typically ship from our Sydney, Australia warehouse. For international customers, we may ship from our US or UK warehouses to expedite delivery.

Back Orders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, you can place a backorder. This guarantees your place in line, and your product will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock. No additional shipping fees will be charged for backordered items. Estimated delivery dates for backorders are approximate and subject to change.
