The Wind-Up Trainer Pad-Pak is the training equivalent of the live samaritan Pad-Pak cartridge — but it winds up rather than running on a battery, so there is nothing to replace or dispose of between courses. It contains no therapy circuit and must never be fitted to a live AED or used on a person.
