HEARTSINE Trainer Defibrillator Pads Pack/10
HeartSine Trainer Pads in a pack of 10, for use with the samaritan PAD trainer units. These are training consumables and must never be used on a person — they contain no functioning therapy circuit and will not deliver a shock. Pads are the item a busy training provider gets through fastest, because adhesion falls away after repeated placement.
Why choose the HeartSine Trainer Pads?
HeartSine Trainer Pads are the consumable that decides whether a class runs smoothly. Pads that no longer stick mean trainees fighting the equipment instead of learning the sequence, and an instructor apologising for the kit rather than teaching.
The pack of 10 suits a provider running occasional courses, or a workplace keeping a spare set beside its trainer. A high-volume RTO should look at the pack of 25 instead — same pads, lower cost per placement.
Keep training pads physically separate from live AED electrodes. They look similar, and the one situation where the difference matters is the one where nobody has time to check. See the full trainer defibrillator accessories.

HeartSine Trainer Pads FAQs
Does a HeartSine trainer deliver a shock?
No. It cannot and does not deliver any shock at all. A trainer runs the same voice prompts, the same rhythm-analysis pauses and the same CPR intervals as the live unit, but there is no defibrillation circuit inside it. That is precisely why it is safe to hand to a room full of trainees.
Can trainer pads or a trainer Pad-Pak be used in a real emergency?
Never. Training consumables contain no functioning electrode gel circuit and will not deliver therapy. Store training equipment separately from live AEDs so the two can never be confused when someone is reaching in a hurry.
Which trainer remote suits my unit?
The remotes are model-specific: the 350P remote drives the 350P trainer, the 500P remote the 500P, and the 360P remote the 360P. They are not interchangeable, so order the remote that matches the trainer you already own.
Is it suitable for RTO and workplace first aid courses?
It is built for exactly that — familiarising lay rescuers with how an AED behaves before they ever meet a real one. Whether it satisfies a specific accredited unit of competency is a question for your training package, so confirm against your own course requirements.
What does the trainer actually teach?
Sequence and confidence. Trainees learn where the pads go, what the prompts sound like, when to stand clear and when to resume compressions — so that in a real arrest the device is familiar rather than intimidating. Pair it with the DRSABCD action plan and the chain of survival.
