The METTAG MT-480 follows the START triage approach - Simple Triage And Rapid Treatment - developed by the Newport Beach Fire and Marine Department and used by first responders to quickly classify casualties during a mass casualty incident. Unlike the MT-137, the MT-480 ships without pre-printed barcodes, leaving an empty field for your own custom tracking barcodes.

Best for: services that run their own casualty-tracking numbering or barcode systems, or prefer the START layout on durable stock.
