What is an 18 Gauge Needle?

An 18 gauge (18G) needle is a larger-bore hypodermic needle — the lower the gauge number, the wider the needle. This 18G x 1.5" (38mm) needle comes in a pack of 100 and is suited to tasks that need a wide bore or greater length.

Needle gauge explained
